Fidelis Matorofa
Managing Director
Member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers & the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Metallurgical Engineer from the University of Zimbabwe with experience in gold, platinum & tantalite. Boasting experience from the Renco Mine Expansion Project, Cam and Motor Mine Project and Mako Gold Project in Senegal, he is well versed in various unit operations, metallurgical test-works and design etc.

Mechanical Engineer by profession holding BSc Eng Honours from the University of Zimbabwe. He brings in production, design and installation experience of 20+ years from Hatch Africa, Fluor SA, Aveng Engineering, and MDM Amec Foster Wheeler. Prides in projects for Modikwa (Anglo Platinum), Mopani Copper Mine (Zambia), Cullinan Mine (Petra Diamond), Palabora Mining Company (SA) etc. Currently serves as General Manager at NMCL.

An economist with extensive experience in macroeconomic research, and policy analysis. She holds a BSc. Honours Degree and MSc. in Economics and, worked with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), African Forum and Network on Debt and Development (AFRODAD), USAID Strategic Economic Research and Analysis (SERA) Program and the Southern African Research and Documentation Centre (SARDC).
